Stuff the Bus Drive

By: West Graham

As CTV Beam is proud to partner with United Way, we are asking for your participation in helping the local children start their school year with the tools and supplies they need to succeed.

The “Stuff The Bus” drive is a positive way to ensure that our Title I school’s students have everything they need to start the school year ready to learn. United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley states that “In 2017, a total of 5,226 backpacks were stuffed with school supplies. Thirty-three local Title I schools received backpacks for students in need.”

As we do every year, you can bring the supplies to our local office at CTV Beam and drop them in the bin in our lobby. The school supplies list for Pre-K to 2nd Grade includes backpacks, 3-Ring 1” View Finder Binders, notebook paper (wide ruled), composition notebooks (wide ruled), washable markers, crayons (24 pack), erasers, glue sticks, scissors (rounded), and #2 pencils (1 dozen). We will send these items to United Way for the backpacks to be filled and delivered. For every item you donate, we will enter your name into a drawing to win a prize from CTV Beam. We thank you for your support!
